I have been seeing Dr. Einbinder and his team since about 4 years ago. Dr. Einbinder would spend time listening to my concerns and answering my questions in great details. Hygienists Miriam and Nikita have been very thorough and patient, I have been always very pleased with the cleaning results. Receptionist Mia is professional and friendly. I highly recommend the practice!
I took my 5 yo to see Dr. Einbinder . It was my son's first dental appointment and of course he was a little nervous and very curious! Dr. Einbinder and his staff made my son feel very comfortable; they were all amazing; very professional and very friendly! I highly recommend Dr. Einbinder!
Excellent customer service skills and from his staff as well. I was impressed how he sat down with patience and explained everything that needed to be done. Answered my questions in well explained detail without me getting overwhelmed.
I appreciate the personal care I receive at Wellwood Family Dentistry after having been treated (in contrast to being cared for) at one of the mega dental facilities. I never had to wait. The receptionist is very courteous. A very positive experience.
Dr Einbinder does a great job of taking care of my teeth. I had to have a post placed and he went out of his way to make sure it was done properly. I love that I get email and text reminders of my appointment (very important for me). The staff is very wonderful, friendly, and always remember me when I call or come in. I even like his location- no problems with parking and I can get that latte after getting my teeth cleaned- just don't tell Dr Einbinder ;)
